Arthur and Paul has a total of three floors:

First Floor: The entrance for the hotel and sauna, with the reception area leading to a restaurant and bar. A spiral staircase connects to the second floor. This floor also features a hot spring pool, swimming pool, dry and wet saunas, and a small darkroom.

Second Floor: Equipped with a darkroom and lockers.

Third Floor: Houses 10 guest rooms, which are exclusively for male guests.

Entry to the sauna costs $6.50 USD, making it a favorite spot for local young men.
