Kaikan is one of the few gay saunas in Chiang Mai, the other being Club One Seven.
It opens relatively early, starting at 1 PM and staying open until the evening.
The environment is fairly new and well-equipped: there is a shower, a warm pool, a wet sauna, and a dry sauna.
Steam Room
The space is not very large, divided into an inner and outer room connected by a corridor in the middle.
Upon entering, you first arrive at the outer room; both the outer room and corridor have one stone bench each, convenient for people to step out and rest midway.
The inner room is larger, with three stone benches along the walls.
Activities here are mainly oral, with occasional rear entry.
Dry Sauna (Hanjeungmak-style)
Two rows of wooden benches for resting and mutual touching/groping.
Darkroom
There are 3 lockable private cabins and 3 curtained private cabins. The darkroom area also has a shared restroom.
Condoms and lube are not provided, but towels can be replaced anytime by requesting at the front desk.
Hot Spring Pool
A large public pool that can easily accommodate 10–20 people for soaking.
The lighting is quite bright and the environment is well-lit, making it not very suitable for play.
To keep the water clean, people usually move to other areas for activities.
Shower Room
Water pressure and volume are medium to low; if more than 4 people shower at the same time, the flow becomes noticeably weaker.
It's recommended to stagger usage or limit to 2–3 people at a time for a more comfortable experience.
